ORDER PROCESSING TIME? Processing time is typically 3 to 5 business days. Keep in mind, processing time may vary depending on sales, promotions, and holidays.

WHERE IS MY ORDER? Please confirm your address prior to check out. Screw Plastic is not liable for any packages lost by USPS or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. 

A claim can be filed for the item(s) if insurance is purchased with an order. This allows replacement eligibility, refunds via USPS. Remember to please confirm your shipping address is correct and reliable, and send us an email at screw.plastic@yahoo.com with your order number if you need any assistance.

CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER: Once an order is placed, send us an email at screw.plastic@yahoo.com if you'd like to add more products. If you need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Service right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order until it is returned to us.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC? - Mostly! Whenever available we purchase organic ingredients and products. Details can be found on labels and listing descriptions. 

DO YOU TRY YOUR PRODUCTS? YES! All products go through rigorous testing before we offer them to you. We want to help you find the best zero-waste items available. All items are tested for multiple weeks and/or months before we make final decisions. 

DO YOU LIVE ZERO-WASTE? No! We tried but realized that, as of right now, it is easier for us to live low-waste instead. It's all about the little steps.
